  A Special Note about Children

HB Connection is always concerned about protecting the personal information of any of our users.  Of special note is our commitment to the protection of your child's privacy.  It is expressly against the policy of HB Connection to intentionally collect any information from individuals under thirteen years of age.  Children under the age of thirteen years may not sign up with HB Connection, and the services we offer are not designed or intended for the use of children thirteen years and younger.  The exception is those instances in which a parent or legal guardian is using our site on behalf of a minor.  Any parent or legal guardian using HB Connection on behalf of a minor assumes full responsibility for the use of any information provided by our website regarding or on behalf of a minor.

  Three important terms we will be using throughout this section are Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.  Please take a moment to read the definitions of these terms, as set forth below, which will help you in your understanding of this section as a whole.

As well, when you register for a website, if additional information is collected in conjunction with your Personal Information, then that information also becomes Personal Information.  For example, the answer you may provide to a security question becomes part of your Personal Information, even though such an answer in its own context (like the answer "John Muir Elementary," for example, to the security question of where you went to grammar school) may not in and of itself be Personal Information.  Taken in the context of other Personal Information you provide, however, that information thus becomes Personal Information.  Personal Information, then, is any information that can be connected to you personally as a specific individual.                                                                                               
  Non-Personal Information is information that cannot be traced to a specific user and therefore cannot be used to identify a user.  This type of information, in other words, is generic.  Click stream information, which is the tracking of how a user when visiting a site browses (as opposed to who a user is) that site, would be an example of non-personal information.  Other types of Non-Personal information, i.e., information that does not identify a user specifically, include information such as your age, your gender or the city and state in which you live.  Unless that information is linked to Personal Information, it remains Non-Personal Information. 

  While the above definitions stand out as information you need to know, it's important that you take the time to read this section in its entirety.  In order that you may have a complete understanding of the data and its use, this Privacy Policy contains a comprehensive overview of how we collect your information, how we manage your information, the various choices you have about how your personal information is used, and how we protect that information.

  Our Content:  Editorial, User-Generated, Link Related, Promotional

On our site users will see various types of content that include written and pictorial elements, as well as negative space, which combined in various forms constitute a web page.  This content falls into the categories of editorial content, user-generated or community content, content that consists of links to websites other than HBConnection.com, and various forms of promotional content such as ads, emails, and newsletters.  Each of these categories will be clearly identified so that a user easily understands the information being presented, both in form and function.  It is through the navigation of this content that a user's Personal Information and Non-Personal information will be collected.
Most of our site is comprised of editorial content in the form of member profiles.  Member profiles contain information that specifically describes each member as a provider of health care and/or cosmetic care.  For instance, we will post the business name and address of our members, their office telephone and facsimile numbers, a list and description of the professional services they offer, any discounts they offer as incentives to users, and similar information. Additional editorial content may be displayed in the form of articles, streaming videos, photos, statistics and other viewable content.  Most of the editorial content we have collected from members and have repurposed in our site format.  Other editorial content we have commissioned to be produced on our behalf.  Still other editorial content is the original content of other sites or authors that we have licensed or have used with their permission.  Where possible, we have cited each source.  For some editorial content, such as Useful Information, Help Sections, headlines and blurbs, it is not possible to attribute authorship.
User-generated content consists of content that does not originate from HBConnection.com, its members or its advertisers.  Instead, this type of content is created by users of our site.  These include HB Connection membership profiles and various public forums such as blogs, social networks, our user evaluation tool that users rely on to rate their experiences with our members.  Users can rate members, ask questions, answer questions and supply comments in our forums and blogs.  You also have the option to create your own blog entries and to form your own social networks.  Links to or portions of these forums may also be found in other areas of our website.
  The sharing of information and points of view by and among members is essential to the success of our website and our sense of community.  Please bear in mind that when you read our users' opinions, while personal and presenting a unique viewpoint, they are subjective by nature and changeable.  One user's experience may not be the same for other users and vice versa.  We urge you to read these opinions as critically, carefully and as objectively as possible.  Our review of these postings does not address the medical or cosmetic accuracy of the postings.

  Categorized as hyperlinks, embedded links and inline links, links are coded elements used throughout our site that enable HB Connection users to navigate quickly between and among our various sections, pages, content, online resources and beyond.  Links can be used within a page of text to take you to another area within the same text or can connect you to an entirely new document or page.  Images can also contain links that enable you to navigate elsewhere.  A link is usually activated by the click of a mouse, and it is through link navigation that users create quantifiable usage patterns.  You will know when a link has been activated, as the browser will display your destination and the link will change from underlined blue text to underlined purple text. 

  Promotional
                                                                                                                                                                                      As opposed to editorial content, whose primary purpose is to inform and educate users as objectively as possible, promotional material is that content whose principal function is to promote or sell a product or service.  Our website relies on partnerships with third party advertisers and affiliates, and on our site you will see ads in various formats.  These include digital images that contain links to additional information on the advertisers' websites or other websites and web pages.  Quality of products or services may vary, and HB Connection has no control over the actual products or services of others.  Ads appearing on HB Connection do not constitute an endorsement of services or products, whether those services or products are of a member, a third party or any other entity.
                                                                                                                                                    
   How HB Connection Collects Your Personal Information

As defined above, Personal Information is information that can be traced back to you as an individual (including Non-Personal Information that is linked to your Personal Information).  Please see definitions above for specific explanations. 
We collect Personal Information that you provide to us in various ways when you sign up as a member or a user of HB Connection.  We'll use that information to communicate with you about our site, our services, and the information we provide and facilitate.  Specifically, we'll use your Personal Information to send your emails regarding any interests that have been identified pertaining to you, to answer any questions or respond to any comments you may have, to let you know about site updates or changes, to inform you of any changes to any existing membership or user agreements, and to give you notice of any relevant modifications to this Privacy Policy.

  Membership Subscription, Enrollment                                                                       

  During your membership enrollment process, members will fill out a secure online intake application that collects pertinent business information about the member provider.  This information is then translated by HB Connection into an online profile that includes sections listing a member's name and address, professional background, photos, services and optional features such as videos.  A member profile is a complement of personalized web pages that summarize a member's professional health or beauty related business, whether that member is a group or an individual. 
Once you enroll as an HB Connection member you may select various HB Connection content, tools and services.  These selections may ask you to provide additional Personal Information.  Please be advised that you are under no obligation to provide said information.  Depending on the authorization you agree to at the time you opt to use our interactive methods, some of your Personal Information may be stored and some may not.

  One of our membership features at HB Connection is a data storage, retrieval and management system that allows members to access, review, revise and update any information that has previously been submitted.  Data retrieval is accomplished by logging in with your secure username and password, selecting the appropriate tool, and making your additions or revisions.  Members may in part control their content, while HB Connection controls the format or how that content is presented to users.  Changes to content may be made by members or by HB Connection staff, depending on the membership choices that member opts for.  As long as your membership is current and active, your information will remain active and viewable on our website.  It may also be retained in a backup system and/or data warehoused for processing and evaluation.  After initial profile setup, members may use profile management tools to manage their profiles.  HB Connection is not responsible for the accuracy of the content, which responsibility redounds directly to the member.  Members in good faith must at all times provide true and correct content to HB  Connection.                                                    

   UserSignUp /Subscription Services    
                                                                                                                                                                                     A user of HB Connection simply enters his or her name and email address to use all of our user site features, which are free of charge unless otherwise identified as subscription services (see below).  In order for users to receive promotional emails and emails that detail member specials, you will need to agree to receive these electronic newsletters.  Your agreement in some cases requires a check in a box to indicate your preferences.  In other instances, you will be asked to provide Personal Information.  If you do not wish to subscribe to promotional emails, you are under no obligation to do so. 

  On occasion we may offer users paid subscription services, which entails a more detailed registration.  Like promotional emails, these paid subscription services are completely optional and there is no obligation to the user to accept these services.  Only if you choose to subscribe will we collect your registration information for the particular subscription service.  At the time of registration you will be provided with a specific agreement for said service, so that you understand how the service will work for you.  This includes terms such as your ability to opt out of a paid subscription service, what kind and how payment transactions are performed, and how your credit card or payment information will be used. 
Emails:  From Us to You, From You to Us                                                                     
  At the time you register as a member or sign up as a user on our site, HB Connection provides you with the option to receive future communications from us or from interested third parties.  These communications will be in email form and will be sent at regular intervals as long as you have given your permission.  However, these promotional emails will not contain any Personal Information.  Should you choose not to receive any promotional emails but change your mind at a later date, you can provide your permission at that time.  Should you permit receipt of promotional emails and thereafter decide not to receive email promotions, you can opt out of future emailings.  
  At regular intervals, HB Connection will send members and users newsletters about our site, its services and special promotions.  In order to place you on our newsletter subscription list, we must collect certain contact information such as your name and email address.  For some emails we may generate, if you respond to an email or an ad in the email by clicking on it, your browser may be redirected to the website of a third party acting on behalf of HB Connection.  This redirection process occurs so that your response may be counted in order that HB Connection and/or the third party can quantify the success of its ad or promotional campaign.  Please note that you will not be able to see this instantaneous redirection and that it will in no way interrupt or compromise your experience on our site.

  HB Connection will offer an information sharing feature so that users can forward to your friends information that you feel would be of significance.  When you use this "Share" feature, HB Connection will email the content you select to your friend's email address.  Your email address will be identified as the sender of the email.  HB Connection will collect your friend's email address in our database and may use it for promotional purposes.

  This Privacy Policy is not applicable to information that derives from emails sent by users to us.  While we appreciate your suggestions and comments, we cannot protect information that we have not solicited and which you voluntarily and unilaterally disclose.   Although we will attempt to respond to general site and usage inquiries, we cannot comment on users' concepts, ideas, inventions or any other unsolicited information.  If such content is important to you, in order to maintain its private and proprietary nature, it is incumbent on you not to disclose it through email or any other public forum. 

  Doctalk, Blogs, Message Boards, Social Networks, Other Public Forums For the convenience of our members and users, and as a unique way for search engines to identify and rank our website, HB Connection facilitates several community features. We host a rating system through which users may evaluate their experience with any of our health care or cosmetic care member providers.  We also list several specific social networking categories-for example, groups for men, for women, for cancer survivors and more-for users who share common interests.  We also feature a blog for users to render their opinions insofar as their experience with HB Connection, its members, and the services provided by both. 

  Please be aware that these forums are public mediums, they are not private or secure, and they may show up as the result of a web search on an outside search engine.  They are also written forums, in which others (including third-party websites) can see and/or collect what you have to say.  We urge you to be discrete about what information you share in these public settings.  We suggest that you refrain from divulging any Personal Information of any nature.  If you do choose to disclose Personal Information, HB Connection has no control over who may view it or use it.  Users and members are solely responsible for any information that you may disclose in these public forums. 

  Market Research  
                                                                                                                                                                                  Although HB Connection provides a valuable service, it is a commercial endeavor.  In order to monetize our site, our marketing department or those acting on our behalf will conduct market research in the form of online surveys, quick questions, email campaigns and focus groups.  It's important that we collect the opinions and preferences of our members and users on any number of topics so that we can translate that information into improved content and features that better serve you and our advertising partners. 
  For some market research campaigns, you may be entitled to compensation for your participation.  If the survey in which you participate is paid, it will be clearly stated in the survey process.  We may also use cookies to authenticate you as a participant or that function as a placeholder to enable you to complete the survey at a later time.  It is therefore important for survey participants not to have cookies disabled on their hardware.  We may also use cookies to connect your survey information to some of your aggregate information.  However, if we do use a cookie in this manner we will so inform you and obtain your consent in advance. 
  Those who agree to participate in a survey may be asked to submit Personal Information, which is used for market research only and not for sales or solicitation purposes.  If you are participating in a survey conducted by us on behalf of one of our advertisers or other third party, we will report the survey findings, including Aggregate Information, to the entity on whose behalf the survey was conducted.  Any Personal Information that HB Connection collects through our market research will be used only by us.  We do not provide or sell your Personal Information to our third party contractor or service affiliates unless we have your permission or as permitted through this Privacy Policy. Anyone under the age of 18 years is not allowed to participate in such surveys.  HB Connection does not knowingly collect the information of a minor. 

  How HB Connection Collects Your Non-Personal Information

Non-personal information, as defined above, is information that cannot be traced to you as a specific individual.  Please see definitions above for specific explanations.  Click stream information, which is a footprint of your page navigation during a site visit or any services you accessed either on the site or by email, is a prime example of Non-Personal Information.
 
  Cookies and Web Beacons  
                                                                                                                                                                                                    In order to evaluate users' browsing habits, HB Connection and its advertisers use cookies.  Generated by our server and sent to your browser, cookies are pieces of data that allow each page you view to show a connection to the next one.  In this way, your usage patterns-i.e., how you navigate a website, including member profiles and advertisements-become relational and can be tracked.  Although they are stored on your hard drive, cookies are not programming code.  They are only pieces of data and therefore will not erase or read information from your computer's hard driver.  Cookies are not viruses, they do not produce pop ups, and they are not used to generate spam email.  They allow only for the tracking of how your web pages are viewed on a particular site.  In turn, we use this tracking information to determine each member or user's usage habits or profile.  This information is considered Non-Personal Information and does not reveal your personal identity unless you specifically authorize the use of your Personal Information.  For cookies that do contain Personal Information, said information is encrypted and stored in its cookies. 
  Cookies frequently make browsing and navigating easier for the user.  Cookies allow a site to remember your preferences-for example, when you logon to eBay, the site remembers your user name so that you do not have to repeat the login process every time you visit.  This is achieved through data contained in cookies; our cookies are intended to facilitate your ease in visiting our site as well.  For each user who accesses HBConnection.com via a unique computer, HBConnection.com generates a unique cookie.  As your usage information is collected and evaluated, it may be used to determine how many users visit our website, to determine how many users visit the pages of our members and the ads of our advertisers, to improve our site's existing features and to generate new features.
When HB Connection places a cookie on your hard drive, said cookie cannot be accessed by any other site you visit.  However, any cookie placed by an advertiser on HB Connection.com, commonly referred to as a third-party cookie, may be accessed by multiple sites.  This includes any and all sites to which the advertiser is connected.  For example, if one of our advertisers is Bayer Aspirin, and you click on its ad, you may be taken to a Bayer Aspirin site.  If while you are on the Bayer Aspirin site you click on a link that takes you to a third site, your third-party cookie will still be in operation-as it will on any additional sites you thereafter move to on which the advertiser has a presence.  If the next site you travel to is not Bayer Aspirin site, but yet another site on which Bayer Aspirin has an advertisement, the new site will also be able to access your information via the originating third-party cookie.
                                                                                                                                                   
  How Third Parties Acting on Our Behalf Collect Your Non-Personal Information

While many of the services and tools on our website require membership to use fully, users may browse our site without signing up.  Some of the functions, however, do require sign-up for users to take advantage of completely.  For those who do not sign up who are "just visiting," we will collect only Non-Personal Information from you through the use of cookies or web beacons.  Members and users who enroll and sign up with us are required to disclose Personal Information.  All members and users are responsible for insuring the accuracy of their Member Profiles and sign-in information that are submitted to HBConnection.com.  In order to be able to communicate with members and users, we require a current and correct email address.

  Known  as CUIs, concept unique identifiers are pieces of code that we use to identify information regarding an individual's interests when using our site.  For every piece of information we gather from a user, we mark it with a distinctive identifier.  If, for instance, you have indicated an interest in weight loss during one of your visits to our website, we would use a particular piece of code to note that interest and then connect it to other content that we may generate so that the subject of weight loss is again presented to you.  

  Aggregate Data                                   
                                                                                                               
  Non-Personal Information that adds up each time a user visits a website is known as aggregate data or aggregate information.  A term used in the study of statistics or the science of data analysis, aggregate information is data that is compiled or accumulated each time users visit our website.  This information is combined with or related to other pieces of aggregate information, from multiple users, for purposes of comparison.  Analysis in this instance is a comparison of numbers and not identities.
  As your Non-Personal Information accumulates, HB Connection may identify similar types of data from multiple users in like groups.  For instance, we might take the total number of users in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who access information we provide on our site about diabetes, and compare that total to all the users in Honolulu, Hawaii, who have accessed the same information.  In this instance, it is a comparison of numbers and not identities in the context of interests. We should reiterate that aggregate data does not contain any information that would identify you as a specific individual or that could be used by anyone to contact you.

  We bundle smaller pieces of statistics into larger ones in order to evaluate the habits of users as a group, in addition to determining individual user habits.  We use this data to make decisions about the content we present and the type of promotional campaigns in which we engage. We will likely share this information with our members and third party affiliates so that the needs of our members and users are better met.  We will also provide this information to our advertising partners to demonstrate that they are reaching the appropriate consumer group.
Occasionally we will combine aggregate data that we collect from users with Personal Information for sharing with third parties.  Any Personal Information we disclose in this manner is done so in non-identifiable format only.  Unless we first receive your permission, or as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, HB Connection will never disclose your Personal Information to any third party.  One reason for sharing this type of aggregate information is so that third parties such as advertisers and member providers can tailor their website, pages, features or specials so they can better meet the needs of users in offering information that's relevant and of interest to users. 

  Data Warehouse Analysis

  In order for advertisers to partner with us, we require advertisers and their affiliates who collect information by way of cookies and web beacons not to collect your Personal Information absent your consent.  We also ask that they not link any non-personal information they or others may have collected on our site to your Personal Information.  There are exceptions to this requirement.  Please read our Advertising Policy, posted on our website, for details on our relationship with advertisers and ad servers.  We also ask that our

  In order to operate our website, HB Connection often contracts with outside service providers.  From time to time these service providers will have limited access to your Personal Information in order to perform the work we have contracted with them to do.  These outside service providers may be of a technological nature; they may be creative as far as contributing original content; or they may provide promotional services for us, such as undertaking market research and disseminating emails and newsletters on our behalf.  HB Connection will limit these third parties to accessing Personal Information only as needed to fulfill the sole purpose for which they are contracted.  All contracted entities or third parties must have in place their own privacy policy setting forth the protocol they use in protecting your Personal Information.  We also require third parties not to use or divulge your Personal Information for any reason other than the one for which they are contracted.
Some of our content and services that may be offered to you on our website may be hosted and operated by another website.  We will not provide any Personal Information to these third party contractor websites without your permission.  Should you access these third party contractor websites and provide any Personal Information, said disclosed information is not subject to HB Connection's Privacy Policy or practices.  These third party contractor websites may have their own Privacy Policy in place, but HB Connection has no influence on or responsibility for the privacy practices of these third party contractors.  If you are concerned about the protection of your private information, we urge you to read the Privacy Policy of any website you browse in order for you to understand how other websites collect and use information gathered about you.  In order for you to access these third party contractor sites, you must click on a link to those sites and exit the HB Connection website.  The HB Connection logo appears on every page that users can access on our site, and it will be obvious if you exit our site.

  HB Connection may also provide links to third party websites that you may access but which are not affiliated with us and with which we have no agreements in place for providing goods or services.  Typically these links are found in ads, content or in juxtaposition to the names or logos of sponsors.  As we have stated elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, HB Connection does not and will not disclose any Personal Information to third party websites without first securing your permission or as otherwise stated herein.  HB Connection has no knowledge of the privacy practices of these third parties and, consequently, is not responsible for their privacy practices or lack thereof.  The appearance of a third party link on our site does not constitute our endorsement of that site, its content, its goods, its services, or its privacy practices.  Please link with caution to any of these third party websites, and always review their Privacy Policy for a complete understanding of how that particulate site gathers and manipulates your Personal Information.

   HB Connection occasionally provides Aggregate Information to third parties.  The kind of AI we might provide is the number of users on our site who engage in certain activities on our site.  In order to attract an advertiser, we may also break down the Aggregate Information we collect demographically-i.e., what percentage of our users live in the Western United States or how many adults from 18 to 54 use vitamins on a regular basis.  As mentioned elsewhere in this Privacy Policy, these types of information are based on statistics and not personal identity.  Under some circumstances we may charge a fee to third parties for their receipt of this Aggregate Information.  Whether there is a fee or not, we will not disclose any Aggregate Information unless and until the third parties agree not to combine, connect or otherwise manipulate the Aggregate Information to make it Personal Information. 
 

  Unsubscribing / Removing your Personal Information 
                                                                                
  HB Connective strives for member and user satisfaction, but in the event that you wish to unsubscribe as a member or a user from our site you may do so at any time.  Whenever a member or a user enrolls or signs up with our site, we collect and use some degree of Personal Information.  (Even for those who do not register or sign up with our site, we can and will collect Non-Personal Information about your browsing habits and how you use our site and its features.)  This Personal Information includes sending you emails and electronic messages.  At the time of registration or signup, members and uses have the option of receiving emails on a number of topics and preferences, such as special offers, general health information, news, reminders and more.  In order for you to receive emails of your choosing, you are required to actively select your preferences and agree to receiving emails.  This is known in website language as opting in. 
 If for any reason you choose not to receive emails or messages, you may opt out of having email sent to you.  Opting out means you must actively choose not to participate in emails, and this is generally accomplished by unsubscribing for each such email you receive.  Even though you may have checked a box of preferences to begin with, these preferences may not be accessible in a user center for you to change.  If you follow simple unsubscribe guidelines, however, you will be removed from our distribution lists. 
 Unsubscribing from our emails and news may be accomplished by clicking on the "unsubscribe" link contained at the end of any emails or news.  When you click "enter" your request will be submitted and you will automatically be removed from that email list within five business days.  If you receive additional emails during that time, you should also unsubscribe to those emails as well as some lists originate from different sources and databases.

 As soon as we receive your communiqué, we will delete your Personal Information from our database and from any of our back-up systems.  We will also send you a final email confirming that your request has been carried out.  Please note that in some cases it is not possible to delete from our servers every piece of data you may have provided.

  Internal Security

 HB Connection's security protocol lies at the heart of our being able to protect the privacy of your Personal Information.  As explained below, HB Connection uses VeriSign security software, which is used by the best financial and business institutions in the world, as well as those companies most informed on the subject of Internet security. We also put into place a number of other preventative measures on our own, which will also be explained.

 HB Connection is a licensee of VeriSign, which provides us with SGC-enabled SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology through an authenticated certification process.  This authentication verifies who we are as a business.  We complied with VeriSign's authentication requirements by proving ownership of our domain name and by providing certified government documentation of our business formation.  Following this authentication process, VeriSign then allows sensitive data, such as credit card information collected during transactions, to be transmitted through a high-level, virtually impenetrable 128-bit encryption process.  Encryption is the repurposing of information into a kind of secret code that can be deciphered only by those authenticated to access it.  For each and every transaction, HB Connection is authenticated as the sole licensee entitled to undertake transactions.  In this way, the transaction, messaging and privacy of your information are guaranteed.  If for some reason during the transaction the information does not match or it is determine that the certificate is no longer valid, users will receive an error message or other warning.
 In addition to the above security protocol, HB Connection takes additional measures in protecting your privacy.  For members and users, we require a username and password or log-in purposes and for members to be able to access their member profiles.  We also use firewalls to protect all information contained within our servers.  Firewalls are software and hardware systems that prevent unauthorized Internet users from accessing private segments of a public website.  An appropriate analogy would be that if you are a patron of a restaurant, you would normally function in the dining room only; you would not enter certain areas that are off limits, like the kitchen, a storage room, or a private office.  Like security guards at the desk of an office building, firewalls are quality control systems that do not allow you to enter or exit if you do not meet certain security criteria.  We at HB Connection also limit the number of our employees who have access to your information.  We closely monitor the activities of said employees and require them to honor our Privacy Policy.  Any employee who breaches any of our company policies is subject to disciplinary action or dismissal. 
  For your further protection we maintain a viewable access record of each time members access their member profile.  This way, members will know who accessed their profile.  In this way, members designate who is permitted to access their profiles.  Only the person who creates the profile can grant access to additional individuals authorized by a member to access their profile.  Last but not least, we have a backup system in place to protect your Personal Information.  We also store two exact sets of information in dual locations.  At each location, physical security is in place in the form of locked doors that can be accessed only by authorized pass codes.                                                                                                                                    
  Even though HB Connection has established secure measures in order to protect against the breach of your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee 100% security.  Whether it is for sport or for profit, rogue third parties often look for ways to breach security systems or intercept information transmitted over the Internet in spite of our best efforts.  We at HB Connection are constantly sourcing the latest security technology in order to address this issue.

  Changes to this Privacy Policy
 HB Connection in refining and continually improving its website may make material and non-material changes to this Privacy Policy.  For all non-material changes, i.e., changes that do not affect your Personal Information, we may or may not notify you of same. Should a material change to this Privacy Policy regarding your Personal Information be implemented, we will notify users by email of any and all such revisions.  A material change means a change that allows us to disclose more Personal Information than is set forth herein and more than you have previously agreed to.  If, after you receive any notice of change to this Privacy Policy, you continue to use our site, said continued use constitutes your acceptance of the changes.  If you do not agree with the changes, we suggest that you opt out of our site and do not use it in future.  At any time you have the right not to use our website, and you may opt out of future visits and receiving information from us based on previously selected preferences.
